Perfect and Sweet : July 2014

Helloooo My lovely readers, How is everyone's day going.
If you are on summer break I hope you are having a good one but if not I hope whatever you are doing is fun and makes you happy.

I know I said I would be doing blogs during my holiday in Italy but unfortunately our internet was down so I wasn't able to get onto the internet to write a blog, which made me very upset because I was letting you guys down which I am very sorry about.

While I was in Italy tho, I did pop into Kiko a few times and picked up a few things. They had some stuff in there sale but I find there makeup and nail vanish excellent for the price. So lets get started with what I brought.

(all of the prices should be in euros but unfortunately I cannot find the euros symbol on my laptop)

The first makeup item that I purchased was one of there smart eye pencils in shade 815. It is a lovely dark silver color. I have been wanting to try this color for a while instead of the normal black shade that I wear. This color would work really well with a dark eye or a subtle top lid eye line. The best thing about this eye pencil was that it was in their sale and only cost me £2.50.

This next item was a bit random because I don't really wear lip gloss very often but I just wanted to try this one out because it was in the sale and I also wear a lot of darker shaded lipsticks and sometimes I want them to be a bit more glossy. This is the kiko extra volume lip gloss in shade 20. It is a darkish red glittery color and would be perfect with a light eye or to cover a dark red lipstick. The price for this lip gloss was £2.90.

This is the kiko soft touch blush in shade 108. I have quick rosy cheeks already so very pink and darker blushes do not really suit me so I prefer to wear coral colored shades because they work better with my natural color. This is a perfect summer shade and blends out really easily. This cost me £8.00.

The next product is one of my favorites. It is the color shock long lasting eyeshadow in shade 100 innocent rose. It is a beautiful pale pink shade with a beautiful shimmer through it that works really well on the eyes matched with a darker pink around the edge. This cost me £4.00.

This eye shadow palette is also another of my favorite products. It is called street fashion eyeshadow palette in shade 02 addictive song. The colors are very pigmented and they are perfect for everyday and a night out use which means I could use it for everything. It is also very portable so very easy for me to put into my makeup bag. This palette was also in the sale and only cost me £8.00 which is great for the colors and how pigmented they are.

I love the kiko nail vanishes. They have amazing colors and they last for ages. This is shade 389 and is a perfect bright blue for the summer. I love bright colors and ones that stand out lots so this is a perfect color for me.

Lovely bright yellow shade 355. This is my favorite color of all the ones I brought because it is a color I have never worn before and it is just so bright and perfect for summer.

I saw this purple color and I instantly fell in love. It is shade 330 and it is a perfect purple. Not to bright but just bright enough but it is also a quite pastel color which I love.

Last year I got into orange very much and this color was in between orange and red which is like amazing for me because they are my two favorite colors. This is shade 491. If you are going on holiday this would be a perfect shade for it. Very bright and colorful and would work very well with lots of different outfits.

All of the nail vanish shades above cost me £1.90.

This is the last product I brought. I love the color green but this reminded me of limes and I thought it would be a lovely color on. I was right because it is very colorful but not too much that you wouldn't be able to wear it. This is shade 852. It is n the quick dry collection which I find work very well and dry very quickly which is perfect for when i'm in a hurry. It cost me £3.90.

Hellooooo my lovely readers

How is everyone today? I want to start this blog off by saying I am so sorry about last weekend and there being no blog! I was super busy and I promise to do more blogs and stay active.

Last Wednesday was my year 11 prom. It was such a beautiful event and everyone looked so beautiful and amazing in their dresses and suits. Today's blog will be showing you just how beautiful and handsome everyone looked. I hope you enjoy it and if you have had or will be having a prom I hope you had/have an amazing time.

These first couple of pictures are my dress and the accessories that I wore with it, because of the detail around my neck I didn't wear a necklace. I wore my hair up also because of all the detail around my neck. I had a french plait around to the left side where I had a messy bun.
