March Favorites!

Helloooo my lovely readers.
I hope your all having a great day.

As you can see from the title today's blog is about my March favorites and i know it's not technically the end of March but it is on Tuesday and i do not do a blog on a Tuesday so i'm writing it today and i hope you enjoy it.

1. Revlon colorburst Matte balm.
2. The body shop sweet Lemon hand cleanse gel.
3. Bare Minerals mineral veil.
4. True Grace Apple Blossom candle.

All four of these products have been used a lot this month and are things i will definitely be repurchasing.

The first of my four favorites is the Revlon Colorburst Matte balm. This has featured in my blog before because it is such a beautiful summer color and works well with bright colors. It is the color 205 elusive. Even thought it is a matte balm it is very moisturizing and stays on my lips for ages. The pencil like tip makes it very easy to apply. This costs £7.99 from superdrug and it is also sold in Boots. I know this may seem like a lot of money for a lip stain but i have been using it for ages and i haven't made a dent in it so it lasts for a very long time. They also do a lot of other shades if this is not a color you think you would wear.

If you don't know this about me i am very into hand sanitizes just because they are so easy to carry around and are perfect if you have anything on your hands or touch something that isn't very nice. The Body shop do so many different ones that all smell so good. Lately I have been using the sweet lemon hand cleanse gel which smells so sweet and refreshing. I love this one because it smells like summer and its getting warmer and it just leaves my hands with such a nice smell. This cost £2.50 from The Body Shop and i know they do many other smells if you don't like the smell of lemon.

I have used this product for ages and just haven't blog about it yet. It is the Bare Minerals Mineral Veil. This is the perfect finishing powder. It is a translucent powder which helps to keep powder and concealer in place. I use it under my eyes. I got this mineral veil in a Bare Minerals makeup set and it is only a 2g pot but i know the 9g pot costs £20 which seems like a lot of money but it is a very good products that keeps your powder and concealer in place all day. You can buy this off Bare Minerals stalls in John Lewis or Debenhams.

My final favorite is the True Grace Apple blossom candle. This candle smells so fresh and beautiful and of apples which is amazing because i love the smell of apples. They remind me of my summers in Italy and all the times with my family. I have used this candle loads and like none of it has gone which is amazing. I got this candle as a gift from a friend for Christmas but I know that it cost £24 and you can buy them in John Lewis. It is definitely worth the money because it is such a refreshing smell but if you do not want to spend so much there are other brand which are cheaper that smell as nice.

Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water Review

Hellooo everyone,
I haven't posted a Sunday blog for a while  and I have some free time today and it is such a lovely day I thought i would do one.

Today's blog is going to be another review. I will be reviewing the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water. I have read about this product a lot and every review has been good so i thought i would try it out.

I have been using this product for the last week and already i can see improvements to my skin. It clear your pores and helps to remove makeup and any dirt that might be on your face. I use it after i have removed my makeup with makeup wipes and it helps me to get any makeup i have missed and then helps to cleanses my face. It also leave my skin feeling very smooth and soft. I don't use any face scrubs or soaps because they irritate my skin so normally i would just wash my face. But this product is a lot more natural and better for your skin because you don't know if there are any bad things in your water like chemicals so i am a lot happier using this cleansing water instead because i know it is good for my skin and has naturally derived active ingredients that will improve my face.

It costs £4.99 for a 400ml bottle and you can buy it in any store like Superdrug or Boots.

I would recommend this product to anyone especially if you have sensitive skin or skin that is pron to outbreaks or large pores or even if you just want a very natural product that will improve you skin.

Thank you very much for reading.
I hope you enjoyed this review and i hope it helped you if you were thinking about buying this product but were not sure.
Please keep reading.

Bobbi Brown Long Wear Foundation

Helloooo my lovely readers,
How is everyone this beautiful sunny morning?

This is my first ever first impressions blog and i'm really excited to be doing it.
I have wanted to purchase Bobbi Brown Long wear Even Finish for a long time and i finally have.
So to start off with i just have to say how much i love the packaging. I think it is so smart and of high quality. I am a big fan of packaging, if something has beautiful packaging i find it very hard not to purchase it. I got it in the shade sand and it cost £32.

Another part of this foundation that i love is the pump. It helps to get just the amount of foundation that i need and not have any waste.

This is the finished look. The foundation is very light but gives a great coverage. If you like a thick coverage you will need to apply 2 layers.
It has a lovely smell to it and sits on my face really well.

This is the finished look with all the rest of my makeup. It works really well with the pink lipstick and rose gold cheeks. I would recommend this foundation to anyone because it is such high quality and i know £32 might be a little expensive but it is definitely worth it.

I will definitely be repurchasing this because i have fallen in love with it even tho i've only used it once.

Thank you very much for reading.
Hope you all enjoy it.

Kiko Nail Review

Helloooo guys, How is everyone on this lovely Saturday.
So lately i have been using my Kiko nail vanish a lot and i have been loving the quality and how long it lasts for. So I will be reviewing my collection today and hopefully you will enjoy it.

These are the 6 nail vanishes that i have. I brought them all in Italy and i have two nail lacquers and 4 quick dry nail lacquers. They are all every good formulas and they last on my nails for a really long time. They do no chip and the colors are very vibrant and bright.

This is the first nail vanish. It is the lightest and brightest color that i have. It is a lovely bright peachy pink color and works really well at the moment with the bright weather. It is a lovely summery color that i will be wearing a lot. Also it makes you look very tanned which every girl loves :P

This cost me €4.99 and it is shade 803.

This color is a bright deep pink which doesn't really sound right but it is such a perfect color and is such a beautiful summer color. It is just the normal nail lacquer but it is extremely shiny and stays on my nails for ages.

This cost me €3.99 and is in shade 361.

This color is very similar to the color before because it is just the shade up but it is a more reddish/pink color and is also very summery. Again it is the normal nail lacquer but stays on for ages and doesn't chip easily.

This cost me €3.99 and is in shade 362.

This is one of my favorite shades. It is a lovely light blue with a gold shimmer. It works really well in the light and is a beautiful color for all year round. I wear this the most and i also get lot of compliments on it. This is another quick dry nail lacquer and it dry extremely quickly and stays on for ages.

This cost me €4.99 and is in the shade 834.

This is a beautiful purple color and it is not too bright so it can be worn all year round and goes with a lot of outfits. It is another quick dry nail lacquer.

This cost me €4.99 and is in shade 827.
My final nail vanish is a very deep purple which looks black on the camera and if you look at it quickly it does but it has a very deep ting of purple in it. This is an autumn/winter color and works well around that time of the year. This is another quick dry nail lacquer.

This cost me €4.99 and is in shade 814.

Thank you all very much for reading.
I hope you enjoyed it and i hope you all have a great weekend.

February Favorites!!

Helloooo guys, how is everyone on the sunny Saturday? I myself am great, I am so glad it is the weekend because this week has been so long and tiring so I really needed the break.

Obviously from the title you can tell that today's post is going to be my February favorites and I know they are a weekend late which i am very sorry about I got the dates mixed up so did my makeup review a week early. So I am very sorry that it is late but i hope you still enjoy it.

So as you can see, i have four things to show you. All of these products and brushes have been used a lot this month and I feel they need to be shared with you.

The first product is a moisturising hand and nail cream in peach and almond. For the last couple of weeks my hands and around my nails have been really dry and this hand cream has been my savior. It is super moisturising and smells so lovely and fresh. I also love it because it is not an extremely thick formula which a lot of hand creams can be. It soaks in very quickly and doesn't leave my hand sticky. I brought this from Marks & Spencer absolutely ages ago and wished i had used it earlier. I think it was about £4 and I know they do a lot of other smells which once i am finished this one i will be trying.

If you have read my earlier blogs I did a review on this real techniques blush brush. Since then I have used it everyday. It is amazing for applying blush and blends it in really well. The oval shape of the top helps to pick up just enough product and also when applying helps it to make the perfect shape on your face. I brought this brush off of feelunique.com and it costs £9.99. I will leave a link at the bottom.

This next product was a gift for my birthday. It is the neon blue fragrance from Superdry. I also got given the neon orange one but i have been using the blue one a lot more. I really like this perfume because it is not a really strong fragrance, but it has a very nice smell. It has a flowery smell but not too sweet which i like. I am really not very good at describing smells but it is beautiful and i have been using it a lot lately. I will leave a link if you want to go and have a look at them.

My final product is from a palette. If you have read my daily makeup routine blog then you will recognize this N7 palette. The product that I have been using from this palette a lot is the bronzer.  It is a perfect color for my skin tone and works really well with the rest of my makeup. As you can see I may be needing a new one soon but unfortunately this palette is one of those that does not say what each product is called so I am going to have to investigate before i am able to buy a new one. I am unsure about the price of this palette because it was a gift from a friend. I am also unable to find it on the N7 website so I am not sure if they are selling it anymore.

Makeup review

Helloooooo guys,
How is everyone today? I, myself am great except I have tons of homework and the weather is actually quite nice and i'm stuck inside doing it :( anyway I have brought a couple new makeup items over the last couple of days and i have never tried any of them so i thought i would do a review of them.
I will be reviewing four products today
-Rimmel London wake me up foundation.
-Revlon colorburst matte balm.
-Sleek Rose gold blush.
-Barry M nail vanish in Berry Lilac.
I know the nail vanish isn't really makeup but i have been wearing it for the last week and it is such a nice color i just need to share it with you.

So these are the four products that I listed above that I will be reviewing today. I have changed the way i take my pictures so I hope you like them.

The first product that i am going to review is the wake me up foundation by Rimmel London. My foundation ran out the other day which was a big deal for me so I had to go into town and grab a new one but i had been wanting to try this one out for a while and I use the concealer version of it so I thought they would go together well. I got this foundation in the shade ivory. This is quite a pale yet warm color and works really well with my skin tone.

This is what it looks like after i applied the foundation without any powder. As you know i do not like a dewy look but this foundation is not extremely shiny and dewy looking without powder so i kinda love it. I didn't have to apply too much powder until i was happy with the look. It has very good coverage and I didn't have to use much concealer to cover any blemishes because it had already covered them enough.
The feel on my face was good because i do have some foundations that sit on my face and feel too heavy or just feels like it is going to slip off. This has a very light feel but a great coverage. I also love this foundation because when i get up in the morning i look very tired and just need a bit of color to brighten me up. This is exactly what this foundation does. It brightens up your face and makes me look awake. It also has peptides and vitamin moisturising complex in it which is really good for your skin.
I would definitely recommend this foundation to anyone if you are looking for a new one and especially if you are looking for one that brightens up your face.
The rimmel London foundation only costs £4.99 and you can buy it in superdrug or boots and probably a lot of other places.

The next product that I will be reviewing is the rose gold blush by sleek. I have heard so many good reviews about this that I just had to try it myself and all of those reviews are true. I absolutely love this product. The color is so beautiful and just a perfect color for any skin tone. The camera does not really show the true color but it is a lovely peachy color with a golden shimmer to it but it is not too glittery which is another reason my I love it. It is a great blush but it also work as a kind of highlighter and brightens up your cheeks and makes your cheekbones stand out which every girl wants.

This is what the blush looks like when it is applied to the cheeks and again the camera doesn't really do it any justice but it adds such a beautiful color to your face and works really well with all your other makeup.
I would recommend that you purchase this amazing product because it is only £4.49 which is such a bargain for such a beautiful product. I brought this in superdrug but i am not sure if you can purchase it any where else.

This next product is one that i have been wanting to try for ages and I finally had some money to be able to buy it. This is the Revlon colorburst matte balm in elusive. I got this color because it was a lovely bright pink and i don't normally go for matte balm but i just really liked the color. Sometimes with matte lip products, i can find that they are very dry and wear off easily but once i had put this on it was a very creamy formula which made it very easy to apply. Also the point on the tip make it easy to apply because you can put it on exactly where you wanted it whereas some lipsticks it can be harder because they are flat. This color worked well with the rose gold blush and would work well with a darker cheek or dark eyes .

As you can see from the picture this matte balm has helped to finish the look off and also helps to make the rose gold blush stand out a bit more. I also like this product because it is very easy to carry around in your makeup bag and it doesn't take up too much room.
I purchase this product from superdrug for £7.99 but i know they are selling it at £5.99 at the moment. They are also sold in boots at £7.99.

The final product that i will be reviewing is a Barry M nail vanish in Berry lilac. It is a lovely pale lilac color which i am in love with. If you don't own any Barry M nail vanishes you should because they are the best affordable nail vanish out there. They are amazing quality and they stay perfect for days. I have been wearing this color for the past week and it only started chipping today which i think is amazing because i hate it when you spend ages on your nails and the next day they start to chip.
Barry M only costs £2.99 and they do tons of different color ranges. They also do nail effect vanishes like cracking and magnetic.

Thank you so much for reading and i hoped you enjoyed it and hopefully it gave you some ideas about some new products that you want to try.
